At the 12‑story Chapter at Eugene student housing tower overlooking the University of Oregon campus, Upper Left General Contracting executed a large‑scale kitchen and bathroom cabinet installation for all 302 beds across hundreds of studio and multi‑bedroom units. Our team installed durable, high‑quality kitchen cabinets and vanity cabinetry tailored to compact yet modern student living layouts. Every unit features efficient, space‑maximizing designs with seamless finish packages that match the building’s upscale urban aesthetic.

This project demanded tight coordination with the construction schedule and property management, as we completed installations floor by floor to minimize disruption.
